Born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago, IL, Chef Erik has managed small to large restaurants and corporate multi-unit operations located on the West Coast, Mid-West and Northeast. In Las Vegas, NV he worked alongside Todd English at the renowned Olive’s at the Bellagio Hotel. During 2016-17 he held the position of Chef de Cuisine for Delfino’s & Atlantic Grille at Hammock Beach Resort, Palm Coast, FL. With over 20 years of experience, Chef Erik has extensive knowledge of cuisines, brilliant creativity, operations, and finance. His efforts have seen him featured in many culinary magazines.
With approximately 20 years experience in a variety of industries between NJ and NYC, Sue Wicklund is a true Human Resources Professional. With a focus on employee relations, Sue became a trusted resource building her career by finding solutions to intricate HR matters, maintaining employer/employee engagement in the workplace and conducting successful recruitment efforts. In 2011, she opened her first HR consulting company in NJ. Currently, her company is located in FL. Sue’s role at WORLD PLATE allows her to focus on customer interaction. She truly enjoys engaging with people on a day-to-day basis.
